Service Description
As a member of our training site, becoming a Training Faculty (TF), means stepping into a leadership role. This means becoming an Instructor of Instructors, teaching official AHA Instructor courses, mentoring new educators, and conducting required teaching evaluations for instructor renewals. Requirements to Join : Current, experienced AHA Instructor in good standing. Deep knowledge of AHA guidelines and paperwork compliance. Commitment to teaching at least one instructor course and four provider courses every two years.
Cancellation Policy
Your seat in a class or session is not confirmed until payment is made in full. Unpaid or partially paid bookings do not reserve a spot and may be released to other students without notice. All cancellation or reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class or session. Requests made within 24 hours of the class are not eligible for a refund but can be rescheduled. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may be required to reschedule. No refunds will be issued. It is your responsibility to verify certification requirements for your employer, school, or licensing board prior to booking. If an incorrect class is booked and completed, you will be required to retake and repay for the correct course. No exceptions will be made. If you are unsure which class to book, please contact us prior to registering. We are happy to help guide you.
