
Cancellation & Booking Policy
Payment & Seat Confirmation
Your seat in a class or session is not confirmed until payment is made in full. Unpaid or partially paid bookings do not reserve a spot and may be released to other students without notice.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
All cancellation or reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class or session. Requests made within 24 hours of the class are not eligible for a refund but can reschedule to another date and or time.
Students who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule or may forfeit their class entirely. No refunds will be issued.
No Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable. Once payment is submitted, your spot is reserved exclusively for you.
Correct Class Selection
It is the students responsibility to verify certification requirements for their employer, school, or licensing board prior to booking.
If an incorrect class is booked and completed, the student will be required to retake and repay for the correct course. No exceptions will be made. If you are unsure which class to book, please contact us prior to registering. We are happy to help guide you.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions listed on this website, as well as any verbally communicated policies discussed at the time of booking.
